HPAC
​The Hellyer Performing Arts Center (HPAC) is located in lower Bucks County, with easy access for families in Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia. HPAC offers music classes and lessons, provides both office and classroom space for Bucks County Performing Arts Institute (BCPAI) and studio/classroom space for professional music instructors.
HPAC was founded in 1993 by singer and voice teacher, Wendy Hellyer, for the purpose of providing professional level training for area students without the time and cost of traveling to a major metropolitan city. Each of the Faculty members have a college degree (Many have graduate degrees) or equivalent experience to qualify as experts in their field. All have professional performing experience in orchestras, bands or theaters.You have the convenience of working with them close to your own home!

For the safety of our students, a criminal background check and a child abuse clearance is secured for each teacher. All studios have windows to provide visibility at all times.
